Appointment Policy

Please book appointments in advance to receive your preferred date, time and therapist. Credit card details may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We may also contact you prior to your treatment to confirm your appointment time. Please call to find a time that suits, as well as information on location and parking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide 24 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Spa Etiquette

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This allows you time to check in, enjoy a cup of herbal tea, fill out or update your personal profile and relax. Please ensure that you arrive on time so that we can provide your complete treatment and avoid inconvenience to other clients. Treatment time is approximate and will include a consultation with your therapist as well as homecare recommendations and self-care rituals to continue your experience and results at home.

Your Comfort

Your therapist will advise which clothes to leave on and maintain your privacy at all times. Never hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other clients by turning off your mobile phone and by making child care arrangements for appointments.

Your Treatment Needs

For your maximum safety and comfort, please let us know if you are under the care of a doctor or alternative practitioner. In particular, please inform us if you are pregnant or have any allergies or health conditions so we can adapt the treatment to your needs. All treatments are suitable for men and women. Aveda treatments are customised to suit your individual needs. As these will vary from visit to visit, be aware that your treatment will differ also.
